HID problems
I've had a set of HID for awhile now...it just recently stopped working...one side decide to turn off..I have a relay harness installed...so I took it to a shop and got new set of HID...it was working fine for a bit...then one side shut off again...then I went back...and he installed a relay harness again it worked for about 10mins then one side decided to turn off..I'm not sure what is going on...I tried every possible method...I took the relayharness and put it on each side and also on BOTH as well...is it possible the harness went bad? Or the ballast got screwed up after the first attempt without the DRL harness? Anyone know what to do? Please help.
RA without factory installed HID's is running DRL
(daytime running lights) to the low beam.. and when you installed the aftermarket HID's it turn on automatically when you drive your car and the headlight is turn off running the DRL in a very LOW VOLTAGE... the hids starts flickering and after 10 minutes it will die due to not enought power running to the ballast...what i did to my RA isi order a relay harness connected to the battery i bought it from one of the guy from in the forum his name is Jrox and its runs really well no more DRL for me...

If you didn't disable the DRL's then you have to leave your headlights on 100% of the time. You cannot turn them off or they will become strobe lights.
I have encountered your symptom before. Be sure to check all your harnesses are fully connected. Unplug them and plug them back in fully. Make sure your ground wire is on metal and is tight.
Make sure your ballast are mounted and nothing else is touching them. One time a skrew was magnetized to the ballast and it would not ignite the bulb.
