I launched my RA yesterday with asc off and gravel mode (pretty cool). This morning before going to work, every time I was taping on the brakes, in park and car running, I heard a distinctive clunk coming from the under the shifter and I can feel it too, on the shifter. It has never done that and I only have 6000kms on it. The car runs normally but like I said, weird clunk from somewhere under the shifter.

P.S It doesn't do it while braking in Drive or when the car is off.

 

Any help would be appreciated!!!

 

That's just the solenoid to allow you to shift the car from Park. Totally normal. It had to have done this before. You're just more paranoid now. Hehe

So your car does it too? Tapping the brakes in park when the engine is turned on? The shifter vibrates?

Thanks guys I appreciate it! What's funny tho is I have never heard that noise before yesterday. And the noise is from the shifter. Ill go to the stealership to get it checked. I also have to get the oem stereo changed and have my front passenger wheel checked out because of a weird noise when braking from high speeds.
