at the dealership... valve stem broke!
So my tpm light goes on... I stop to put air in the tires.... taking off the caps... wait.. this cap isn't coming off... its just spinning.... look a bit closer... oh the threaded part of the valve stem is broken... oh and its leaking air....
Hope its covered under warranty...

Odd... I hope it is covered.
I have had a tire blow out on me while driving in my RA due to unseen road debris and by the time I could safely pull over the tire was completely flat as the damage was severe to the tire. This resulted in a broken TPMS sensor.
End result
New Tire required
$225.00 CND for a Dunlop!
Dealer wanted $300.00
$55.00 for a new TPMS sensor which required a reinitialization of the TPMS sensor system by the dealer.
None of this was warranty covered of course.
I hope you fair better
Cheers
