NEED help! Car start up!

I started my car today and it usually starts up to 1500 rpms quickly, but
when I started it during the afternoon it slowly went up and the whole car
started to rumble. It felt like the car was about to die on initial start up.
Can anyone tell me what's happening to my car . This has happened 3 times now.

Happens to me occasional usually when its cold...never died on me. I like to turn the key for 3 secs to like the gas circulate and turn on the car. Also use synthetic oil.

Hmm, I usually take my car into the dealer for oil changes.
I don't really know if they use synthetic.

Me as well. Service department replaced most of my relays with blue ones but still did it.
