I personally favor the MR Touring... or a RA Touring... the leather + other options that come with the touring package makes a for a really nice environment to sit in on a daily basis; assuming this is for a DD...

It really depends on 2 things:
1- Interior quality on both the cars you listed will be 10x better vs the Evos
2- 2 door vs 4 door... at the end of the day, practicality will be stronger with a 4 door Evo then any 2 door coupe. You won't be forced to get rid of it for any reason.
