AMS tune really that good?
I recently purchased my 2009 Ralliart and doing all my research online for the upgrades i want and pricing. This is my first project car so I need some clarification. I was on the AMS website and saw the stage 1-2-and 3 upgrade packages. From rumors i heard that anything over 300WHP and 300TQ will damage the tranny...how is it that they promise over these numbers safely? Has anybody purchased these packages? Your input will be greatly appreiciated

havent been to a dyno yet, trying to find one within 250 miles of my area, thats why the ams mail in flash was so convenient. i would speculate around 250. i havent gotten retuned with the downpipe or the intercooler and piping. waiting to do the evo swap before another tune.

the numbers ams lists on the website are CRANK and not WHEEL.
big difference.
And there are plent of us with 300+ whp and 300+ torque on the tranny without issue.
You need to upgrade the turbo to see those numbers.
