I just had to share this guys!!!

I love being BOOSTED and having a booster controller, for two days now I lowered the boost to 8PSI and im getting 33mpg, and getting 25mpg with out even trying, I love this!!! BOOST for life guys!!, Boost for life!!!! Saying this cause you can lower for the MPGs and you can up it for speed, But the sad thing is I have a manual one at the moment, but 3/4 on saving for a AEM Truboost gauge, so that i could control the BOOST levels from inside the Cabin

THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY!!!, O AND OFCOURSE BEING AMONGST ALL YOU FINE PPL IS A PLUS TOO!!!!

I hate to burst your bubble, but lowering maximum boost isn't going to change fuel economy at cruise. If lowering the boost helps lighten up your right foot then I'm sure you've seen benefits at the pump. Leave it turned up and keep your foot out of it and you get the best of both worlds

thats exactly whats happening the mpg displays 21-22mpg right of the bat, guess cause its not spoiling as much as when i quater to half peddle it at 22PSI vs 8PSI

yea but i never see 33mpg like this before, its so easy before i was booster high you really had to feather the throttle, and it ache the hell out of my achel and foot, now its a breeze.

I get 33 mpg on the highway with my evo x turbo 28 psi and 320 whp.

Turning your boost down on the stock tune is just making you run rich. Id love to see actual fuel consumption and not what the inaccurate indash tells you.

with all the mods you do, you'd think power > mpg, so why is it so important all of a sudden

i like to have nice hp, and good fuel eco, obviously they both dont go hand in hand, but whats the difference between setting your 30psi to 10psi from mashing the gas pedal and only pressing it 1/4 way? lol

i dont see the need to turn down boost if i can drive w/o being IN boost.

cause at higher boost im noticing the throttle play is alot higher, meaning when at 8psi im less likely to mash it. seems liek when i 1/4 push the pedal at 8 there is less gas being used then say 1/4 at 21psi, obviously watching the speedameter a 1/4 at 8 doesn't move it much compared to having to much play at 1/4 with 21PSI
