The car is at the dealership now and they will check it in the morning. One of the mechanics thinks its a problem with the FAST Key System and hes had similar problems in his 2010 Outlander.
So the car won't start at all today...won't turn over. I had to reflash it to stock and change the air filter and it still is messing up. I called AAA to tow my car to the dealership...see my vids below.

That $@% don't sound right dude. IDK man, I mean my car does that sometimes but if I let it sit before starting it for a good 10 seconds its no prob. But my starter does not sound like yours in that first vid dude. Good luck and let us know what happens!!!
What dealership did you went? Thats weird they cant figure out whats the problem. I believe its your fuel relay Dom you need to change the oem ones that cause the start up issue... I think its $13
Mine did it again tonight. Wouldn't turn over. Then the second time it struggled to start but did. Then later the car sat for about 1 and a half hours, and it started up right away. So crazy.
Do the EVO owners have the same problem?

this "starting" problem is NOT that common. It only seems to happen to those with the Fast Key, which would lead you to believe it is a signal issue between the fob and the car.
Best way to test it is to remove the battery from the fob, and use the blank key in it. The key WONT work unless you disconnect the battery in the fob. If it turns over fine and dandy that way, which it will, then you know its an interference issue with the Fast Key.
