Upcoming Bodykit for Ralliart Sportback

Sooo..... I'm a proud owner of a 2010 WW Ralliart Sportback. I've been bugging some of the more well known vendors about bodykits and LED tails for our cars and I finally got an answer back from one of them. Also, this might be good for anyone who is located in Cali. Autocity imports said they have a bodykit ready to be test fitted on a Sportback. I F*!king live in Denver, CO so I couldn't be the lucky lancer to do it. So I know they are looking for someone with a Sportback nearby to test fit. Also, they explained that they should have something in production by Feb 2011 once they get the test fit lancer. I've been talking to Joseph Tiano over at Autocity imports. I want more of an EVO X wide body Sportback conversion kit!

-Ray

P.S. Where are the Denver lancers at???

The rear needs to be aggressive to match the front.

Sounds cool, so do you get to keep the kit for free when they are done then?

I wish they would give the bodykit for free! IDK, you would have to ask them about that I agree about having an aggressive rear bumper. Wide body would look AMAZING on our Sportbacks.

What has always been lacking on the sport back is something in the rear like rear side skirts or a decent rear diffuser

was thinking the exact same before I even scrolled down to ur post lol

we need a rear diffuser. The RA doesn't look that much meaner from a regular lancer because of how small our diffuser is imo, even with dual exhaust

The X is considerably wider than the RA

The question though is the diffuser wider as well? The diffuser on the RA and X don't go all the way to the edge...

They did not say if they had a rendering or not. Also, the rear diffuser is considerably shorter when it comes to the width of the Ralliart Vs. The Evo X. So no, you could not just do a direct swap. We would need a whole rear bumper made. Accolade is the only bodykit maker I know of that even makes a near "EXACT" full Evo X conversion kit. Everyone else body-kits are way off when it comes to that rear diffuser. Also, does anyone know if the Vortex-gen's that are already out for the GTS/Ralliart sedans would fit the Sportback? One last thing haha, who here is good with photoshop? I would like to see someone photoshop an EVO X front bumper on a Sportback, side fenders and the rear diffuser on the Evo X onto a sportback If you could do that, you should make a post with the pics!!!!

The vortex generators for the seadans DON'T fit the sportback.
The sportback has buldges in the roof where the hinges are (obviously the seadan doesn't).
