Odd EVAL's in EvoScan

So I'm checking out my logs and there is all sorts of weird data points. Like supposedly I was going 152? So I look at the Eval, and in stock fomat its x*2?? Why would that be the standard EVAL for Speed...?
Others that seem way off but I need a bit of help figuring out:
IAT, MAT, and ECT are all x-40. This cant be right as it was supposedly 18 degrees outside (I know Cali is having a cold front, but God Damn! Sorry Canadians, I know that's probably a nice spring day for you, haha) So I suppose just change all three to x???
This has me worried tho, if all these basic EVAL's are off by so much is anything being logged accurate, most importantly Load (x*10/32) and RPM (31.25*x). I'm getting ready to start changing the Fuel Tables, but if I'm not editing the right load and rpm could be disastrous
Once again these the standard EVAL's, the only one I edited so far was the Rear O2 for my WB.
TIA

Thanks for those, I must have missed them. My logging was also way off.
