I can see right away that the upper intercooler pipe is the stock one for the Ralliart.

Well seeing this post there a few things that concern me.

1. Weird I always though that PR RA came with the HID headlights. Can you post a pic pic of your dash showing ASC button that is located on the left side of the steering wheel. I want to see if the height adjustment scroll wheel is in there.
This is how the OEM HID headlight looks.

2. The car looks pretty similar to a local guy who was the owner of one of the fastest RA in the island. I really don't know if he get rid of the ride. But I remember that the car was tuned in DynoCenter and had a lot of EVOX hardware. It ran low 12's.
3. Call Ruben 787-547-2142 he is the mastermind of Mitsu Cars tuning specially EVO and RA using the stock ECU. I'm pretty sure that he has worked on your car.

Thanks to you sharky ,i got hold of the true owner ,and youre rite he did go low 12 with 360 or more at the wheels gues i will mod it some but i dont think i want more than 300 awhp

Oh and i got the upper pipe from the dealer after i told them who the real owner was gues they didn't want me to see .left it at the mitsu dealer to make shur everithing is in good working order it still has warranty.

Omar I'm worried about your headlights I'm pretty sure that the car came with the factory HID.

Your car is the first ralliart in PR that I had seen with regular headlights.

well got a evo x blowoff for 50 and i have intercooler, waiting for the person to part it out from his evo x .

For the hid headlights thats opcional on the RA's .
