until you're tuned/reflashed with higher than 20psi, the stock plastic bov is fine. stock 17ish psi is not that much...

Precisely as he says. And the stock turbo on the ralliart is known to spike after 20psi.

My resources were from Cobb Tuning and Evolution Dynamics (people who started NTEC, they have a forum of their own down in the Clubs section). I'm not being a Know-It-All, I'm just sharing what I know because I ask a lot of questions and even ask them to show me. Just like anyone else here, I want to know how to make big numbers, yet safely.

I share Slee256's opinion. The plastic BOV should be replaced before the tune.

I am running GST Basemap with a test pipe. The BOV is leaking. And I assume any custom tune would do better than this Basemap at achieving a higher boost pressure (otherwise, why would someone pay for custom tuning?).
