Sorry, I posted from my phone, and this mobile forum and my iphone dont mesh well. That night (Monday) my buddy (mechanic) came over with his Launch X431 to help. We scanned it a few time with everything showing good other than my TPMS sensors and my O2 throwing a few codes. We did notice that crank position sensor was showing off (this showed off even after we had her running). So we checked injector flow, spark, fuel pressure, cam movement, and a few other things. Everything was good. For about an hour he kept checking and just as we were gonna call it a night, we cranked it one last time. She started, a weak start but a start. Let her run for a 1/2 hour and then I drove to the gas station (about 5mi) to top her off. Got back home and shut her down. let her sit for 5min and started her back up. The next morning went out for work and she started right up. Drove to work the last two days without any problems, and that 100mi round trip each day.

have you done the relays yet??

my RA did that same thing for a while.... the relay for the fuel pump got stuck on low voltage and there was not enough fuel to start....

i also have heard that the Throttle actuator control motor Relay fails and get stuck and the throttle is dead so that will cause a no start as well

i did all 4 relays to blue and the big gray one

From listening to the youtube clip,
It could be the battery. I had the same thing happened to me.
I was low on gas with "get some gas light on" I didnt went to sleep & woke up in the morning with low gas & almost dead battery. The car wouldnt start.

Got some gas in the container & jumped the car. Started right up.
Time to save up for new battery?

about the codes.

P0420 is Warm up catalyst efficiency below threshold

P0137 is heated oxygen sensor (rear) circuit low voltage

I have one (blue) of the updated relays. I'm gonna take it in for recalls next week.

Thanks but I got the codes already. And I did Have my jumper packe hooked up, I tried it and it didn't help. My gas meter showed that I could travel 50mi, so about 1/4 tank lol.

I think it may have been cuz of a few things.
The day before I didn't drive it at all and it poured most of the day. Late that evening I started the car for a few sec to move it back about 5ft and then shut it off right away. It maybe ran for about 10 sec. I think with the engine being cold, I didn't give it enough time to burn out the fuel from start up. And all the moisture didn't help things. So in the morning when I tried it flooded the engine.

Right on, the cranking sounded really strange in the clip, like it was spinning over with the plugs out as you would do for a compression test... but if it drove fine and is now starting fine I would chalk it up to the very short run cycle in humid conditions as you said

Relay failure was noted originally in cold conditions with short trips and condensation, but was later expanded to include high-humidity/ambient moisture situations as well. You need to do all 4: Throttle Actuator Control Motor, Injector, Starter, and MFI relays.

The only reason I would be led away from the flooded engine theory is that you say this:

Unless I'm misunderstanding your definition of "cleared cylinders"
