Car won't start, need some help
I read the whole thread, you said you let it run for 1/2 with no units specified and then said you shut it down and cranked it back up again... you said nothing about driving it...... If the compression is down etc you should be able to feel that by driving the car... so far it just sounds like your moving it around the shop and not actually driving it.
have you done the relays yet??
my RA did that same thing for a while.... the relay for the fuel pump got stuck on low voltage and there was not enough fuel to start....
i also have heard that the Throttle actuator control motor Relay fails and get stuck and the throttle is dead so that will cause a no start as well
i did all 4 relays to blue and the big gray one

From listening to the youtube clip,
It could be the battery. I had the same thing happened to me.
I was low on gas with "get some gas light on" I didnt went to sleep & woke up in the morning with low gas & almost dead battery. The car wouldnt start.
Got some gas in the container & jumped the car. Started right up.
Time to save up for new battery?
about the codes.
P0420 is Warm up catalyst efficiency below threshold
P0137 is heated oxygen sensor (rear) circuit low voltage

I think it may have been cuz of a few things.
The day before I didn't drive it at all and it poured most of the day. Late that evening I started the car for a few sec to move it back about 5ft and then shut it off right away. It maybe ran for about 10 sec. I think with the engine being cold, I didn't give it enough time to burn out the fuel from start up. And all the moisture didn't help things. So in the morning when I tried it flooded the engine.
.... For about an hour he kept checking and just as we were gonna call it a night, we cranked it one last time. She started, a weak start but a start. Let her run for a 1/2 hour and then I drove to the gas station (about 5mi) to top her off. Got back home and shut her down. let her sit for 5min and started her back up. The next morning went out for work and she started right up. Drove to work the last two days without any problems, and that 100mi round trip each day.

The only reason I would be led away from the flooded engine theory is that you say this:
Unless I'm misunderstanding your definition of "cleared cylinders"
