Daytime Running Lights 'Off'?

How do i permanently turn off the DRL feature?

How do i re-wire so the driving lights can come on with the parking lights?

THX!

This subject has been covered quite a bit. Search around, the answer depends on if you have the factory HID headlamps or standard halogen. DRL with factory HID's = pull # 13 fuse (if I recall) or DRL with Halogen = DRL harness (member makes them).

My '11 MR had them. Operative word, "had". Pulled the fuse.

Instructions at http://www.***************/forums/sh...ad.php?t=27770

I assume i do everything except hook up to ballast (for now ) since all i am doing is defeating the DRL with the stock Halogen lights...

to follow up...

jRox kit is very professional - well built.
Instructions were good - install took less than an hour.

Note:
-lift up on the p/s washer bucket (it slides off the bracket) to access the bulb connection.
-remove the air inlet snorkle and box with silver bracket blocking the d/s bulb connection. This reveals the ground connection points.
-if the kit does not have zip-ties - go get some to properly lash the wires.
