Fast Key Programming

Anyone know a dealer near Michigan with good pricing on key fob reprogramming or a way to do it without getting robbed from the dealer? I have 2 that needs reprogramming

Has anyone had to get there key fob re-programmed? If so, did you have to flash ECU back to factory setting? Does the dealer check for current flash or is this in another system?
