Looking at a 2012 Ralliart

I didn't even know about this car till i looked at the EVO's and was like "WTF is that". Looks very nice except for the boring wheels but the price is alot nicer then the X and i love the automatic. Its going to be a DD and i've been driving a manual for the past 15 years when i first got my license.

Anyone have one of these yet? Opinions?

The search button is your friend. And 300/300 is easy with an evo x turbo swap/ custom sri / boost pill / Evo x intercooler / evo X bpv and a tune....

You could probably also get to 300whp with a CBRD turbo upgrade to your stock turbo and a few other bolt on modifications.

meh, evo x used turbo from for sale section $450 > CRBD (No offense). If he is looking for how easy it is to upgrade to 300/300 its about the money, otherwise he would be starting with an evo :]

Its funny you mention that you were looking and had no idea what the ralliart was.

The same thing happened to me about 2 months ago. I consider my self a pretty big "car guy", and somehow completely missed the ralliart. I remember hearing the name a few years back, but just assumed it was another NA lancer that had appearance upgrades, like the OZ Rally edition years go.

I got into the new car market and stumbled across the Ralliart, I fell in love. Now im an owner.

Good luck!

that is ~really~ dependent on the dyno that was used. The vast majority of people that have "maxed" the stock turbo are seeing about 260 - 270 WHP with 300 - 310 torque.

no worries at all!

The RA is a fun platform- we bought ours to basically give the RA specific love since everyone else was simply slapping evo X parts/conversions on them-

after having our own evo X GSR (modded as my daily driver).. the Ralliart is really a nice platform-

A little softer.. not edgy.... and more trunk space etc... with some decent bolt ons- it gives you the performance of a flashed bolt on EVO X MR- but with some more room and not as abrupt (ride quality etc)

just some food for thought-

we have some products here specifically for the RA if you want to see what's out there- Ultimate Racing makes a nice downpipe- etc- too-

Chad-
That bellmouth, what size filter is that for? I have the AEM intake, but I like the idea of a velocity stack; might experiment with mix-n-match in the future
