^ -Well, the GST tune by Bryan is free, you just need a tactrix cable and ecuflash.
-Boost pill is $20
-Swift Springs are about $300.

Are you asking what parts you should get next? I'd recommend a test pipe or high flow cat which cost below $400.

-Most importantly if you dont get the free basemap, a custom tune would be the best bang for your money. It depends who you get it from but some places chage from about $300-$500 for a dyno tune.

one of the members here is letting me use his tactrix cable. Ill be getting the GST base map on the 14th. Well I was looking at the AMS HFC and wasnt sure if it would be worth it.

Would the whiteline swaybars be a better deal for better handeling? I mean it would go nice with the Swift springs right?

Sway bars are a pain to install. I'd look into the depot racing hfc. It's 200and works well. I'd also get a dp and Finnish out the exhaust. Go with the ur one with a wideband bung and you can add a wideband next.

^This

The stock catalytic converter is such a hindrance to the Ralliart, along with the laughable stock intercooler, which I see you've already upgraded.

And don't get wrapped up in one brand. Explore your options. Ultimate Racing (UR) and Custom Performance Engineering (CP-E) also make test pipes and high flow cats that won't cost you an arm and a leg. I personally went with the UR resonated test pipe ($230), but I like looking at upgrades from a cost-effective perspective.

Be sure to check your local laws for inspection purposes before purchasing a replacement for your catalytic converter.
