To upgrade ecu would you go with a tuner or a pill/map route? If so which for a 2010 ralliart?

Also what are the next two most important upgrades? Intake and exhaust?

Sounds good. Thanks for the helpful advice. I apologize for not just searching and doing more reading before asking questions. The thing is is I'm on my phone, don't have a pc where I'm at, I'm away working drilling for oil. So it makes it a bit more difficult to read and use the Internet etc. Anyways thanks for Pointing me in the right direction.
