Cut-Out Questions

I'm running a Cobb Ap stage 1 93 now and want to maintain the stock look but put a cutout in. Question is how reliable are the cutouts? I've heard the motor can burn out from holding the open up too long. Also do the motorized flaps tend to get blown open and stay open after a long time because of the high pressure and high speed?

I don't want to get it and have it be total crap and have a broken cutout mounted on my exhaust

I had a QTP downpipe on an srt-4 i had and loved it, there is a toggle swtich to open it or close it to your desired location so its not like the motor is still running while the cut out is open, Difinetly cheaper than a turbo-back with the power when you want it!!
