Any experience what this means?

I don't have an owners manual. Bought it used

 

It means it needs some sort of servicing. May have to bring it to the stealership. Did you notice anything out of the ordinary? Sounds, smell, smoke? Go get an OBD-II reader and check if your throwing any other codes. you must be that 19 yr old kid that commented on my youtube video

 

Does it just come on during startup of the car and then go away? If so, I think it's just a fixed mileage interval service/maintenance reminder. If it stays on the whole time while you're driving then I would recommend getting it looked at by the dealership.

 

The idle is uber ****ty. I was just in an accident last month and this recently emerged. Originally thought it was the oil change light but I disabled it since I get oil
changes at the dealership I bought the car (Chevy). So just wondering if anyone's had it in the past
