That's pretty cool, and probably cheaper than shipping an entire lip.
They usually cut the full front lip spoiler in half to help in shipping. Then you have to fix it.

It is an entire lip lol take a closer look. Rainbow Pen ships in one piece now without you having to pay a fortune for it.

I'm not a fan tbh. :/
