hids pink to white problem??

May be a noob question but... this morning I noticed when hids startup there is a brief pink followed by blue and then setlles to regular white color...

Not sure this may have been the case all along from day one but I don't recall seeing this pink. I have read about bulbs going bad when they turn pink but isn't this usually the other way around white to pink and not pink to white? Thoughts : Anyone else experienced this on stock hids? Normal?

Thanks!

stock bulbs do seem to have a pink/blue halo when warming up.
