Idle Problem help Please!

09 Lancer 2.0 with the RoadRace turbo kit on it.

Having idle problems (up and down sometimes off and on) Also sometimes gets stuck when down shifting (not pressing the gas but its at a steady RPM????

Any ideas???

Idle hunting up and down usually indicates a vacuum leak. Check the FPR at the intake manifold. If good - zip tie now, and keep looking. Especially look at any vacuum lines you disturbed to install components.

Was it dyno-tuned at the time of installation of the RoadRace turbo kit?

Fixed the idle it was a vacuum line that came off, Thanks for the help

Yep! Now that you are boosted - check all vacuum lines for clamps (or add zipties), eh?
