Looking to buy a 2014 Ralliart

I was wondering if the stock Ralliart comes with HID headlights ?

You have to get at least the Touring package, but you can get them, yes. If you get the standard trim package, they come with regular halogen lights.

In Canada it's the Premium Package. Comes with heated Recaro seats, leather/suede interior, HID lighting, sunroof. Well worth the add-ons if it's even just for the seats and headlights.

If your gonna buy the touring version just get an evo

A base Evo would be another $5000 over a Premium version Ralliart in Canada and he still wouldn't get HIDs. Also, he would get a 5-speed manual instead of the SST transmission and lose all other extras (speakers, leather Recaros, sunroof, etc).

didn't know that over here the base evo and touring ralliart is basically the same price

I can confirm the Premium Package in Canada on a 14' Ralliart has HID with adjust switch in-cabin.
