bluetooth issues

hello i've had an issue for a while now and i never thought to ask here my oem bluetooth has been having issues lately and i wasn't sure if it means my module is going bad or some other component related to..?

first, i've had trouble with the bluetooth remembering my phone i'll normally have to repair my phone every 1.5-2 weeks. or the bluetooth will have problems pairing with my phone in general. i'll have to either toggle bluetooth on and off on my phone then it will connect, or i'll shut off the car let the radio reset, restart car and it will finally connect to my phone.

also i've had problems with excessive static and reception which i don't believe happened when i first bought the car in 2010. i've also had problems with callers reporting crazy road noise on their end but that could be my current tires.

i wasn't sure if there's anyway to diagnose this or it was replace it and roll the dice type situation. thanks

I've had similar problems. During the last 4 years of ownership, I think I've had to re-pair my phone 3 times. I've used iphone 3GS, Lumia 900 and now iphone5. At times the BT connection is not established when I start the car (might be that the phone is out of range or signal not registered by the car), and won't therefore connect. Usually I just toggle BT on/off from the phone and it fixes this issue. But it's annoying for sure

Bluetooth in general has issues no matter the radio \ device \ phone.
I just put in a 7" touchscreen into my fiance's Rav4, Bluetooth worked fine first month then will act weird one day ..then fine for 2 weeks, etc.

My Bluetooth will cut out on my Ralliart but i have narrowed it down to the phone. When the phone receives WiFi signal it disconnects Bluetooth for a second causing many annoying problems.

I have the same problem. I am assuming anyone who has had the problem hasn't been able to fix it?

My bluetooth just recently stopped working. I tried turning the car on and off and the bluetooth on my phone on and off. I have a bluetooth headset for gaming which still works and i have tried other phones.

Seems my cars bluetooth no longer works... any suggestions?
