Intercooler bug dents - Affects performance?
Intercooler bug dents - Affects performance?
Hi all,
Seeing as I do a lot of highway driving doing 60 mph+, my 2011 ralliarts stock intercooler has a lot of dents due to bugs crashing into it.
Do any of you have any idea if these dents have an affect on the car's performance, or the intercoolers efficiency? Is it worth replacing after few years?

Its worth replacing the stock intercooler just because its already not efficient enough. The small dents are going to hurt anything and you can always, carefully bend them back if you want.
