thinking if the headlight would look good having a straight bottom instead of
it having that curved part.I edited some pics,maybe plasti dipping it first
to see how it looks in person.

Get a product call Nightshades made by VHT. You can get it at Advanced or other auto parts stores I'm sure. I blacked out my tail lights with it and it worked great. One tip though. Wipe the spray nozzle with a paper towel in between each pass. It stops you from getting splatters.
