I am a new member here

I have a problem in my high beam ,, Lancer 09 .

I am really wonder if there is a way to adjust the light to right and left ?!

There are 3 screws on the back of your headlights that can be used to adjust up/down and left/right. Is your low beam also off center? Lancer headlight high beam and low beam are on the same internal part to the headlight, so if you are trying to adjust the high beam separate of the low beam you won't be able to do that.
