Limit of stock turbo
Limit of stock turbo
Hi, guys. i have a 2012 ralliart and it is running around 260whp at 24psi now. I am looking for around 300whp with stock turbo. I heard that our turbo is pretty small and I kown someone get 280whp with stock turbo. Is that possible for a stock turbo and a stock SST to get 300whp?

I had 288WHP 270WTQ with my stock turbo and Evox Oem intercooler when I first started. At 288 I was hitting 28 PSI. After 6 months I upgraded and got the Rad Full turbo. Main reason I did that was because the stock turbo was maxed out and I did not want it to blow out because of how much it was being pushed. Now I run much lower boost and have 306WHP 302 WTQ on mustang dyno. If you want my mods they are below.

I maxed my ralliart turbo with full bolt ons, 1000 CC Injectors, 255 pump and E85. 27.5 psi and 275whp/310tq on a low reading mustang dyno. on a dynojet i'd say around 300 is possible on E85. pump is much lower.

Yeah, the issue with running such a high peak boost and just going for HP number is that you lose a ton of efficiency.. theres only so much a tuner can do to have the turbo hold until redline... you probably peak really hard then taper REALLY far off from your peak boost number.. theres only so much ramping WGDC can do

yep thats me, really sad to see that Ralliart die a firey death. TBH it was faster in a straight line than my Evo 8 at around the same power levels LOL. but it definitely didn't handle like the Evo does...
