Hp Limit of the stock or TME turbo?

Anyone know the hp limit of the stock turbo? I have the TME turbo...would that be the same since its a 16g? I am not sure on how much power these turbo's can make. Please let me know....I put down 326whp on C16 and will be pushing quite a bit more power soon.

If you are talking about reliable and constantly repeatable HP then the TME is good for 375-400 WHP and the stock is good for 350-375. This is with some headwork done as well. People overboost the turbos shooting for a dyno number that is not real world realistic. Don't buy in.

Also keep in mind, every time we've seen the "max", someone comes along and sets a new highpoint.. But EvoTexas has a point.. I wouldn't consider monster numbers like that 100% reliable... I had a really aggressive tune on my car, made good numbers, but I'd never consider running that tune all the time.

That 422.2 whp was me btw. Racegas, 26 psi dropping to 19. 376 on pump gas, pig rich (10.5:1 and black smoke) so I'd say high 300s is perfectly normal for stock turbo and intercooler.

Relevent mods, 3" AMS, filter, 280s, FIC 950s, dsmlink

well.... I have have lots of mods including perrin fmic, 720cc injecrtors, TME turbo, and many more. See my profile with my car in it for all my mods, but I thought maybe with my cams and intercooler, etc I could get into the 450whp range on c16.?

Stop bumping the thread and go dyno the car. Then you can tell everyone else that it's doable.
