Do any of you think these parts would be a direct swap over from an Evo X to a 2014 Ralliart? I know the bumper won't fit because the fenders are different, but maybe just the grill pieces...

 

Since the Ralliart has a one piece bumper, those parts will not fit. If you have the chance to look at the actual vented piece (62216) you will notice that it is slightly longer than the center section on the Ralliart.


I created a my first rough version of a fiberglass overlay with vents for the center of my bumper so I can get air into my Evo X USDM crash beam that I ordered for my Ralliart. It is going to take some time for me to work on the second version because I am pretty picky about how my car looks and this is the first time I have tried making anything with fiberglass so my first version is pretty hideous.

 

Search for aftermarket EVO X - style front ends for base Lancer...


They will actually fit better unless you do the EVO X front fenders as well...

 

I looked into that, but for the price I am just going to fabricate my own. I have more time than I have money at this point lol

 

Could you dremel out the holes of the existing one (to make it evo-ish)?

 

I want the air to be routed directly to the vents in the crash beam.

 

You will need the EVO X crash beam as well.


RA crash beam is a solid piece. No vents.
