Rockford Fosgate Sound System Mods
Rockford Fosgate Sound System Mods
Hey Guys,
Has anyone ever attempted to modify the factory Rockford Fosgate system by changing the head deck and adding another sub?
I will definitely be adding a new head deck simply for the usb input however I've also got a Fusion CP-AS1080 http://www.fusionentertainment.com/c...tive-Subwoofer that I would like to install to give the bass an extra kick.
I'm assuming the head unit that I need to buy would need two RCA outputs and I'll simply hook up the amp\sub unit to the second output?
Hopefully someone else has had some experience and could give some pointers
P.S. I'm not worried about installation of the head unit that I think I can take care of.
cheers!

Move this post to audio forum for best results.
Yes, using front /rear RCA outputs is 'best' but if the headunit you select only has front l/r RCA output you could split RCA outputs to drive both amps.
