JDM Dash Kit

Anyone know if the JDM dash kit will work if you have a single DIN headunit? The Scosche kit has terrible fitment and want something better.

I believe this is the part number if it makes a difference: 73165A PANEL, INSTRUMENT PANEL

You would need to make a blanking plate...

(But why would you not go double DIN/Nav?)

Mainly because i don't need CD/DVD/NAV features. All i'm looking for is a unit that can play audio files and bluetooth. I didn't see any double-din units that only had that capability.
