Just purchased a Takeda afe stage 2 pro dry intake system for my ra. Will I need to get supporting mods and a tune to gain more hp? Any feedback will be appreciated!

The stock intake is enough for the stock turbo.

I never replaced my intake/snorkel.

Also, if i remember correctly, once tuned there is hardly any gains.

If you install it without getting a tune, the best you can hope for is the turbo-related sounds from your engine will get louder.

If you get it tuned, you have the potential to make more horsepower, (which will likely have more to do with the tune itself than the intake) plus you can ensure the intake isn't causing your AFR to lean out too much, leading to overheating and engine damage.
