Evo x catback on ralliart

Hello!

So I bought an Evo x cat back to my Ralliart and according to others it will fit.
But when I raised the car today I saw something that looked like a heat shield behind the cat just around the pipe.
So do I need that or can I just throw it away?

Its there for a reason, If you can leave it there I would. Wouldn't want to find out the hard way lol

Also I believe its axleback exhausts for the evo that will fit the ralliart. The Evo has a different bend mid-pipe to accommodate the the larger center diff and rear diff.

But I hope I am wrong for your sake lol
