Throttle change clunk
I have a 2014 Lancer Ralliart I bought used last week. When joyriding today, I noticed when getting on the throttle quick, or releasing the throttle quick I get a clunk sound that you can feel through the car. It almost feels like there is some play somewhere in the drive train. Unfortunately I have not had the car from day 1 and can not know if this is normal. There is no shifting while this is happening, happens in any gear, and in manual mode, and at any speed or steering input. Happens in a straight line or turning. I do plan on taking it to the stealer ship soon for a fluid change on the transmission, but I do not trust them, my past dealings on other Mitsubishi cars have proven they will try and do work that does not need to be done. So I want to go with some advice on what this sound could be. Thanks in advance
