2010 Lancer Ralliart SST Slipping?

Hey guys! Just test drove a Ralliart I'm looking to buy, and everything felt great! However there was only one thing I noticed that seemed odd. When in Drive, whether automatic or sport, I noticed the car wouldnt roll when you took your foot off the break pedal. I'm assuming that's normal. The big thing was, When ever starting from a stop, It felt like the transmission would slip before going into first gear? Not every-time, but especially when it wasn't given much gas. Any advice? It has 91000k and from the sounds of it, The transmission has been flushed twice and the timing belt was replaced under warranty.

Huge thanks for any help!

Could be a sign of slippage, but if you give the car some throttle from a standstill does it start moving normally? The SST also takes a while to get moving from an almost standstill, but you can test the gearbox better by using manual mode. That way you know when the gear is engaged, and when the car shifts.

Mine has 115 000 km on it, it has never rolled really well if you just let off the brake (except on a very flat surface), and I try to minimise usage of that feature anyway to spare the clutch.
