Limp mode issues

I’m going to try and get the best description of my car, so I bought this from a guy a few weeks ago and it definitely needed some work
I’ve been having the biggest issue down the highway mostly up hills above 60 mph it’ll cut off and go into limp mode. The car does need tuned, but the guy had put 1000cc injectors, fuel pump, evo Mr turbo and intercooler, evo Mr transmission, intake, exhaust and has a Chinese hks blow off. I’m not sure if the transmission has been flashed or not because it shifts a little funny and runs 3k rpm around 60-70. It does have the s-sport programed but none of the modes change the shift points. Only other thing I do have front o2 sensor out. This is my first time getting into modded car stuff. Opinions?? Thank you!

Edit: I ordered all the things to do the tuning myself, and flashed the transmission so it seems to be working properly now. The limp mode issue still persists.
I am stuck though, in that EvoScan is not logging data properly, and cannot read from ecu as it does not show my ecu. Along with this, using Ecuflash pulling from the ecu it doesn't bring anything back.
I found a stock EvoX tune map rom that I thought about uploading, but hesitant in that if i do, there doesn't seem to be a way back.

Any help is appreciated! if this needs to be posted elsewhere also let me know!
