Coilover Development..

I would call Robi or Scott and see if they have completed their Ralliart kit. I rode in the first prototype 4B11T Ralliart in the country, which was loaned to Robi last year for development, and he had done some nice things on his prototype.

From what I have read, the ralliart is simply a detuned version of the Evo X. The suspension should be identical. It would be real stupid to redesign the suspension for the Lancer Ralliart. Anyone verify this?

search is your friend.. pretty sure the suspension is similar to the gts and not the x..
if it was the same as the x dont you think most companies would have something for the RA already then..

I think you got some failsauce on your search button there.
But yes, to repeat, Lancer Ralliarts have the steel control-arm economy suspension of base Lancers (and Outlanders I believe?), and it is most certainly not "dumb" from a cost saving perspective by Mitsubishi in offering a base WRX competitor. This is among the trade-offs of a car that is priced significantly less than an Evo X.
The Evo X suspension is entirely different, with aluminum arms, different geometry, wider track, and many different lightweight and strengthened go-fast bits before you even get to shocks, springs, hubs and wheels. Take a peek under the fenders someday, it's blatantly obvious.

No but seriously, the WORKs coilovers are looking good. I was hanging with WORKs last weekend at the Redline event and I am waiting for my set so I can get the suspension better dialed in for round 8.
