Works had a Brembo kit on their RalliArt. Not sure of the price or availablity though. And NFSLancerRA is correct: In addition to the rim diameter and offset, you need to take into account the rim layout. For instance, a rim with thick spokes might not clear the same brake calipers as another rim with identical offset but thinner spokes.

Also, I'm not sure if the 08+ Lancer brakes will fit the RA. Works said that the number of spindles on the axles, the knuckles, and the hubs were different than the EVO. They might be different than the GTS and base Lancers too... especially in the rear.

Just got the email:

Brembo offers a front Gran Turismo big brake upgrade for the 2009+ Mitsubishi Ralliart. Below is a brief description with pricing of this kit.

Front kit contains:
v Two 4-piston monobloc calipers (Black, Red, Silver, or Yellow)
v Street performance brake pads with zero off-pedal drag anti-rattle clips
v Two 2-piece cross-drilled rotors 14.4”/365mm diameter
v Front Goodridge stainless steel braided brake lines
v Adapter brackets
Part number 1P1.6001A retails for $3095.
Safety, quality, and appearance along with a major improvement in braking are the added benefits. Since you obviously have access to the internet, I suggest you go to a very good customer of ours, Auto Anything, at www.autoanything.com and check out our Brembo big brake kits for your vehicle. Or you can call them toll free at 800-874-8888. Their web site also provides wheel clearance diagrams so you can verify that these kits will clear your wheels although since this kit is so new, I’ve attached a wheel clearance diagram to this email. Auto Anything will usually offer a discounted price and free shipping. They have been with us for years and their customer service is outstanding. Please do not hesitate to call or email me if you have any questions.

It also came with a fitment guide. If you PM me your email address I can send it to you since I don't know how to link Word documents. This is front only, just so you know.

usually bbk are pointless unless you are in autox.
for a DD your stock brakes will be more than enough. If you want more "bite" switching your brake pads might be the direction

This. At autocross, I'd say a BBK is useless too, the brakes are not exposed to enough heat stress to require the larger cooling efficiency of a BBK.

Good rotors and aggressive pads would be fine for most Auto-X's. Its higher speed road course work is where the size of the stock brakes and the weight of the car will really start to take its toll.

man its says you need 19" wheels for this thas kinda big for this car, I'd have to spend another 2k just doing fender work

The diameter of the rim has no bearing on your fenders and whether they need work. The outside diameter of the entire wheel (rim & tire) should not change regardless of whether you are running 15" rims or 20" rims. That is why tire sizes vary by width, rim diameter AND PROFILE.

The reason you would need fender work is: a) you are running WIDER tires or b) you changed the OFFSET. Unless you run rims that have, in and of themselves, a larger outside diameter than the outside diameter of the OEM tire (why the hell would you?), you will not need fender work based on rim diameter. Ugh. Why do people keep saying this?
