I emailed them and BBK price starts at $1995. That's for the smaller front kit(328mm x 28mm slotted rotors). The BBK won't fit the stock wheel. Wheels will need to be spaced out at least .75 of an inch for the calipers to barely clear the spokes (but maybe you have different wheels on the car). I measured mine this morning using a fitment template off their website..

With the 328x28 kit, you should be able to fit 17" wheels over as well for possible weight savings and cheaper tire options vs 18's. Possibly something like the EVO 8 Enkeis which are 17x8 with a +38 offset. And then throw on 235/45/17 tires which have a lot of good options.

my friends have been auto-xing for years. i've seen them go through tire after tire with so many different brands. all the street tires don't make much a difference in your time; it's how well they hold up to abuse at the limit. R's may put you in a different class, but they're the ultimate for grip. my friend was using just 205 Rs with 15's on his corolla with a 20V 4AG swap and he says they're like using 265 street tires with less unsprung mass.

Good tires will get the most out of bigger brakes. The tire is a limiting factor but the stock brakes are ususally far from using up all the tire, especially at higher speed where locking up in unlikely.

I think most people are going with NFSLancerRA's setup as it is a lot cheaper than StopTech.

Those Stoptechs look awesome but that wheel gap is absolutely ridiculous.....you spent $2000 on brakes but cant spend $200 on some springs?!
