Just a little update on my brackets I have designed. I am running into the exact same problem with the fitment. The offset of the OEM mounts and the inner radius of the caliper interfere with one another. Unfortunately I haven't come up with a solution to this as of yet.

One thing I will say is that I REFUSE to cut my caliper... In my eyes this is a massive loss to the structural integrity of the caliper itself, and I can't see it being safe. It was designed that way for a reason, and it should remain that way.

I am not trying to start a fight, or cause any uprising of any sort, I'm just inputting my 2 cents here... I will continue my work on the drawing board, but I have no promises other than I will try to continue to find a solution that doesn't tamper with the OEM design of the caliper, I feel like this is the responsible thing to do, I wouldn't want to put anyone in danger. I'm not saying that these calipers are going to break, I'm just saying I wouldn't remove material out of such a critical component of the car, and for your safety.

Nevertheless, I am happy someone has found a solution to fitting these onto the car, as well as designing a bracket that works. I will keep everyone posted with what I find in my own studies.

Sean

Why would using the spindles and other parts set off codes? Would it be because the ABS sensor is different and the tone ring is perhaps bigger? Would there not be a way to alter these parts or figure out a way to use the stock RA tone ring and abs sensor? I am just curious, since the control arms, axles, spindles etc. are only mechanical parts. I could see maybe the bearings in the spindle/hub being a different size causing some issues but I think with some R&D, this could be doable in the future without a bracket. The install looks sweet though.

Hi, I'm quite new in this thing. I don't quite get what you mean by LCA. What exactly do I need? I bought the rotors and calipers but my mechanic says it will be cheaper to sell them and get a big brake kit instead. All I know for now is that I need knuckles. How much does it cost you to install it? My mechanic even planned to remove ABS. Thanks
