Question Pointers for coils

So i recently purchased some fortune auto 500 coil overs for my ralliart and i got the roller bearing upgrade with them as well. Im new when it comes to coilovers, ive never owned a set only ever lowering springs, so im just wanting to know if anyone (who have coilovers on their cars in general) could give me any pointers on a good setup. Im not trying to slam my car i just want to lower it nicely while keeping it aggresive (im still on stock wheels and suspesion)

What do you mean by "good setup"?

Yeah, not much to say here. I lowered my FA500s until I had just a hair of a gap between the fenders and the tires. Keeps me from bottoming out on all but the steepest driveways and biggest dips. Don't go much past 1/2 stiff on the dampening for the street but at least 1/4 away from full soft. Grease the crap out of the roller bearings because they will rust and bind as badly as not having them at all or, better yet, get the spherical bearing upgrade.

Car rides stiff but not stiff enough to get my wife to complain (unlike the Megan Racing setup I had on my Mini)

Otherwise, it's going to take some adjusting as you go to get the ride height figured out. No easy/magic settings there.
