Hardrace is the only one making lower control arms but almost impossible to get in the US.
It's listed under the Proton Inspira (rebadged lancer). Only place on the web is in Malaysia here.

Do the evo xlower control arms fit the RA?

 

no they use totally different style lower and upper arms.
The rear shock mounts differently, and the end links do as well.
