Wheel fitment question.

Im looking at getting new wheels. Right now I have 18x8 offset 43. The ones I want are going to be 18x9.5 offset 40 does anyone know how these will fit? I have bc coilovers and ive test fit a set of wheels that were 18x9 offset 25 they poked alot but the size was good.

You should be fine if you roll your real fender.
I have fit 18x9 +35 with 245/40/18 tires.
The 9.5 width at 40 offset makes the face of the wheel about the same on the outside but it is closer to the inner suspension components. I't should clear your B/C's but it will be close. I would not go wider then 245 tires or it might rub if wanting the correct camber specs.

Below is my wheel in orange that fits fine with rolled rear fender, green in your specs, same tire on both.

You are gonna rub in the rear with that setup unless you pull your fenders as well. I also wouldnt suggest 245 tires. I would go with 225/235 and you may not have to pull. IMO Id also go with a lower offset wheel. I have a friend with a Ralliart whose running 18x10 wheels with a +20 offset whos slammed and running 225 tires.

he is on 40 offset, rolling only should be fine if he goes for a lower offset it will push the rim out more.

I know hes running +40 offset wheels. Im telling him whats going to look good when he drops it on the coilovers. The coilovers will give him neg camber to help with the wheel width and lower offset, but to look good his offset at least needs to be in the 30s.
Rolling only will not work with those 245 tires and a large drop, Im tellin you now. I rubbed just on springs with 245s so a big drop will destroy his tires and/or fenders.

Oh I didn't put the wheel I was looking in the original post. The wheel im looking at is the miro type 111. They only come in 18x8.5 35 or 18x9.5 40. I was going with the bigger wheel but if I should go with the smaller wheel I will. Anybody heard anything about these wheels?
