Does anyone know of a reliable source for a rear tower/strut bar for my 2011 Ralliart Sedan? Cusco wants 10 weeks for delivery and nobody seems to carry the Ultra Racing products out of Malaysia.

no, the sportbacks have extra bracing over the rear shock towers that block a straight path from one side to the other. It would require a custom brace or the factory chassis brace be removed. ( i would not recommend that).
Sedan tower, you have a clear path from the strut bolt on 1 side to the next:
Sportback, the reinforced brace (because he SB has no rear upper deck) block the path from one side to the next:
