All you need to do is get in on the passenger side and remove the plastic that is under the glovebox. Once that is done peel back the carpet a little and you will see a place where there is a wire loom comming in from the engine bay. Get yourself a coat hanger and pass it through so it goes into the engine bay side. Either from under or on top depending where you have more clearance tape the line to the coat hanger and pull it through into the cockpit.
If its an electrical line your running it will be easy, if your running a mechanical boost gauge and your running the boost/vacuum line then spray some wd-40 on the line so it slides through the rubber grommet more easily.

On my RA there was a rubber bung with nothing in it behind the lefthand arch. I had to remove the airbox to get in there

It enters the cabin behind the fuse box.
