This retard fix any way possible?
The ignition warmup retard map does not work.
You can try out the "Percent Low Temp Timing Trim vs Coolant Temp" table but I'm not sure if it's defined for your ROM yet.

I tried it. It does not help.

Hi alambert.

To you, and anyone else running the GST Boost Pill tune, I'm saying Yes Please to logs!

I would be very interested to see your logged data - specifically, the following sort of stuff:
  1. 3rd gear pull from 2000rpm, up to 6000rpm
  2. 4th gear pull from 2000rpm, up to 5000rpm
  3. In 3rd gear, going WOT at 4000rpm, up to 6500rpm.
  4. WOT upshift from 3rd->4th at around 6500rpm.
This is me gathering info about how your boost levels look after initial spool, through SST upshifts, etc. I've been doing some ROM work in this area lately, but so far I only have my own vehicle logs to review. That's kind of a small sample set!

I'd be keen to see the following data items logged...
  • RPM
  • Load
  • Boost
  • Active WGDC%
  • Knocksum (coz you should always be logging knocksum, hehe)
  • Intake Air Temp (as it affects how much boost you get for your WGDC%)
It'd be great to see this sort of info from different GST tune users.

Cheers.

Rich

PS. Stay safe & legal out there!

Either 2.5-boost-pill or 2.6-boost-pill would be fine with me.

Hey Bryan, just a small note to thank you for what you did...

I remember the pleasure I had to test each new version of the basemap. We sometime forget about how better the car feels. But last week I had to drive for over 700 Km to a place where I wasn't sure I could easily get 93 Octane or higher gas, so I went back to version 2.5 91 Octane...

And it is incredible how the shifts are better on 2.6!

Again, thanks for what you did!

Just a small review between two maps for anyone new here...

GST 93 Oct. + Upgraded Boost Pill vs Cobb Stage 1 93 Oct (regular boost pill)

I recently purchased a Cobb Accessport and had an Etune done for my specific mods so I'm nowhere near either of those tunes anymore. But for fun, before I put all my parts on the car, I wanted to see how the Cobb stage 1 felt vs the GST 93 oct + BP that I had been running for months now.

Based on dyno numbers, Cobb Stage 1 93 oct apparently puts out higher numbers but in reality, it's significantly less powerful IMO.

For anyone new here who's looking for something basic, GST 93 oct + Boost Pill has much better power gains + shifts. The Cobb Stage 1 almost feels stock with some extra mid-range torque.

That's my two cents. Hopefully it can help someone out.

Since it seems everyone is loving the 2.6 basemap with 93 octane, wondering if there will be a 91 octane version soon.

Two questions

1) where do i send donations too for this great map package from Bryan.
2) can i safely run the EvoX stock FMIC and UICP on the v2.5 91Octane BP map?

Thanks in advance,
HEARTS!!!

^I do hope that you're putting this map onto a Ralliart and not the Evo listed under your "Drives".

It's in the first post but here it is again:

These are free basemaps, however if you would like to make a donation via Paypal you can do so:

Paypal username: creative AT razorlab.com

Yes these will work fine with the OEM evo X FMIC and UICP.

No the EvoX has a built motor by Magnus Motorsports.
The RalliArt is the woman's car.
