Yeah We only had it go down to low 30's for 10 days then it was back to mid 70s lol
Anyways thanks GST again for perfecting my ralliart for me

Hey don't laugh! I'm actually planning on carrying it down to the garage after work....

See I was able to connect the Tactrix cable just fine, and read/save a backup ROM of my stock flash. It's just when trying to OPEN a downloaded/saved flash that it gives me an error. It's no use to me if I can read flashes from the ECU but can't open them in order to save to the ECU...

----------------------------

And, so I did:

93oct Boost Pill Cold Weather map...so far it seems pretty good. There's lots more power and it's smoother feeling. Only strange thing that happened was one time I was leaving from a dead stop in Manual-Sport mode, and gave it some gas. The car started going and I was up to 3000rpm (I'm guessing), when suddenly it felt as if I was in neutral with the engine freely revving. I shifted manually and everything seemed fine. It hasn't happened anymore today and it didn't throw any warnings, so maybe it was a fluke? Does the transmission need to "relearn" things a bit now?

Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with things.

“European” version

Hi to all,
GST incredible work done!
Would it be possible by any chance to have also a “European” version of the basemap?

I’m getting my Tactrix cable and the boost pill on Monday, so I could send you my Factory ROM.

Thanks again

I've been running it with a HKS drop in without any problems. The only issues I have are when it gets really cold (<10 degrees) even with the cold weather tune I have some boost spike issues under WOT. Judging by how everyone else isn't having issues since GST released the cold weather tune I'm thinking the drop in might be my problem.

Bryan, I am running your 93 timing map and can't seem to be able to get it to use the timing values in the area illustrated. Any ideas as to why?

That looks correct for the ignition map values at 250-260 load, however the load/boost is higher then what it should be.

What gear is this?

Thanks for the data! This will improve the base maps.

People have reported gains in MPG with the basemaps.
