looking for good inexpensive BOV

I know inexpensive and good sometimes don't go good together when it comes to car parts but was wondering if I could get a decent BOV for the Ralliart such as these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SSQV-...Q5fAccessories

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-J...Q5fAccessories

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BOV-B...Q5fAccessories

I'm kinda new to driving turbo charged cars and was wondering what I need to find for filment and being good for the 09 ralliart (also i'm getting the GST Base Flash with Boost Pilll). Any help will be awesome, I don't wanna spend 200-350$ for a Greddy or HKS unless I absolutely have to.

If I were to buy a ebay one, what would I be sacraficing vs the stock Dump Valve? Wouldn't a true BOV make the car run more Rich because it dumps the boost to the atmosphere vs reusing it?

Good and cheap don't go together. As already mentioned, if you don't want to pay much look at a 2nd hand Evo8, 9 or 10 MR diverter valve.

I know stock the car peaks at around 17, but what is the maximum it will hold safely.

I thought some people were running 21-22 with the stock RA BOV. I don't know how long it will last at that, but then again, how durable is plastic anyway?

Yes, the car would run rich because it's 'blowing off' that air already measured by the MAF.

For most people, the stock plastic BPV should be fine. If you're running more boost and the plastic one is leaking, a stock metal 9 or X BPV is a good bet. Anything else is pretty much overkill.

Go to your local junk yard and pull one from a DSM. Cush it and it will hold low 30~ PSI

I would not trust purchasing a mechanical automotive part on eBay. Plus, as the saying goes, and we have all heard it, you get what you pay for.

If you want the loud BOV sound then the Turbosmart setup in the dual recirc/bov mode is probably a decent compromise, but you'll want a tune if you have that.

But if all you want is a nice sound, you'd still be better off just getting a nice intake and either sticking with the stock BPV or getting the metal one from the EVOX if you really want to upgrade it. =)
